What Information Do We Collect?: When you visit our website/ mobile app you may provide us with two types of information: personal information you knowingly choose to disclose that is collected on an individual basis and website/ mobile app usage information collected on an aggregate basis as you use the FLYY Services.

Subscription or paid service data: When you chose any subscription or paid service, we or our payment gateway provider may collect your purchase, address or billing information, including your credit card number and expiration date etc. We do not have the ability to interfere and do not interfere with the payment gateway mechanism. VVPL has no access to the data that you may enter for making the payment through the payment gateway. By creating a link to a payment gateway, we do not endorse it, nor are we liable for any failure of products or services offered by such payment gateway. Such payment gateway may have a privacy policy different from that of ours. All failures/ errors/ omissions of the payment gateway shall be solely on you.

    When you order using an in-app purchase option which will be detailed in your relevant purchase specific documentation, same are handled by such platform providers.

    The subscriptions or paid services may be on auto payment mode unless cancelled.
  4. How we use information: VVPL uses your personal information for specific purposes only. The personal information you provide to us, such as your name, postal address, photo, e-mail address or telephone number will be kept confidential and used to support your relationship with VVPL to notify you of special offers, updated information and new products and services from VVPL, or offers from third parties that we think may be of interest to you.

    In some cases, provision of certain service(s) or utility(ies), we may require your contact address as well. All required information is service dependent and we may use the above said user information to, maintain, protect, and improve the Services (including advertising on the site / app / service) and for developing new services.     When you access the website/mobile app, whether online or offline, your data usage data is collected by the website. Data collected during usage in offline mode gets uploaded when the app is online. With respect to network advertising companies (companies that manage and provide advertising for numerous unrelated companies), to the extent that VVPL utilizes such advertising companies to provide advertisements on the website/app, may provide them with your Sign in Name and any demographic information about you that we collect. Those advertising companies may combine that data with non-personally identifiable data collected by the advertising company, solely for the purpose of delivering on our website/mobile app, advertisements that are targeted to you.

    Circumstances may arise where we are required to disclose your personal information to third parties for purposes other than to support your customer relationship with FLYY, such as in connection with a corporate divestiture or dissolution where we sell all or a portion of our business or assets (including our associated customer lists containing your personal information), or if disclosure is required by law or is pertinent to judicial or governmental investigations or proceedings.

    We will send you information about our various products and services, or other products and services we feel may be of interest to you. Only VVPL(or agents or contractors working on behalf of VVPL and under confidentiality agreements) will send you these direct mailings.

During the investigation VVPL may restrict Customer 's access in order to prevent further possible unauthorized activity. Depending on the severity of the violation, VVPL may, at its sole discretion, restrict, suspend, or terminate Customer's account and pursue other civil remedies. If such violation is a criminal offence, VVPL will notify the appropriate law enforcement department of such violation.
